Terms of use

1. Service

Overseer provides Dota 2 statistics, analysis, and community features. It is independent from Valve Corporation. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or complete data.

2. Permitted use

You may use Overseer only lawfully and for private or personal purposes. Automated mass requests, bypassing technical safeguards, disrupting the service, and use that infringes third-party rights are prohibited.

3. Community features

You are responsible for content in profiles and LFG posts. Do not publish unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or rights-infringing content, or third-party personal data without authorization. We may remove content or restrict features in the event of violations.

4. Liability

Analysis is based in part on third-party data and is for information only. We are liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence; where essential contractual duties are breached, we are also liable for ordinary negligence, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for injury to life, body, or health and under mandatory law remains unaffected.
